About UK College of Holistic Training

UKCHT, founded in 1994 in London, UK, focuses on the provision of quality personal growth, holistic vocational and professional development qualifications to those who prefer to study from a distance. Students include those who cannot visit a classroom because they live in remote areas, people with disabilities preventing travel, those who have a busy schedule and those whose commitments mean they cannot set aside regular hours for study.

Our Founder and Principal

Morris Berg BSc (Hons) Psychol., PhD (USA), DCH

Morris Berg is a hypnotherapist, counsellor, energy therapist, life coach and educator. Morris holds an honours degree in Psychology from the University of East London, and a Ph.D. in Hypnotherapy and Doctor of Clinical Hypnotherapy degrees from non-traditional universities in the USA. Morris holds a number of qualifications in counselling, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, energy psychology and complementary therapies and is member of several professional societies, and a Senior Member of ACCPH. His professional development includes Master Practitioner of NLP, Accredited Past Life Healer, Diploma in Life Coaching, Advanced Diploma in Professional Stress Management, Diploma in Past Life Regression Therapy, Advanced Diploma in Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, Master Practitioner of Energy EFT, Modern Energy Tapping Professional, and various other diplomas and certificates. CPD courses completed include training in Therapeutic Metaphor and Clean Language with the late David Grove MS and other trainers, study in Mindfulness and in Trauma with National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine (USA), and various certificates/diplomas in Autism and Aspergers awareness including courses taught by NCFE/CACHE, Centre of Excellence, PESI, the Open University and the University of Kent. He is also qualified in TESOL and in academic proofreading, has edited various publications and was appointed assistant editor of Literature for the People magazine.
